I started real estate when I was 18 years old in Ohio. It took me 2 tries to pass the test. I’ve enjoyed working with a tremendous group of businesses, professionals and individuals. I’ve helped to manage a large portfolio of apartments, marinas, commercial buildings, and restaurant space; leasing and selling for a privately held company. In doing so gained experience with planning and zoning, and code enforcement. I’ve worked out financial and delinquent tax work outs with lenders and county property appraiser. After arriving in Ocala in 2012 everyone told me… “Lena B you need to get your real estate license you are a perfect candidate.” I did not. I chose to work in the private sector for McCall Technology Group and Feagin Total Communications.
In 2019 1 enrolled in a Florida real estate school passing my final exam and scheduled for the state exam in January 2020. Unfortunately I was involved in a car accident that made it impossible to sit for a 3 hour exam. It was then in 2020 that COVID-19 hit and made a wreck of everything. Nearly two years passed and I forgot everything ever knew.
